Welcome to Big Sky, Montana. Enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities all year round. In the winter there is skiing at either Big Sky Resort or Moonlight Basin. Cross country skiing and sleigh rides at Lone Mountain Ranch or 320 Guest Ranch. Take a snowmobile ride in the Gallatin Canyon or West Yellowstone.
Summer is also a wonderful time to be in Big Sky. If you like golf try out the Arnold Palmer designed 18 hole course. Some of the best fly fishing in the world is located in and around the area. Plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails. Whitewater rafting down the Gallatin River is a fun way to spend the afternoon. If you want to see it all take a gondola ride to the top of the mountain and take in a view of the whole area. Don't forget that you will want to spend some time in Yellowstone National Park.

P.S. When you are planning your Big Sky vacation, remember to check different places for price and amenities. Many times you will find package deals or so called discounts will not save you money. Nearly identical units within the same complex or area could be priced very different. My prices are very competitive and I encourage you to shop around.
